At Flourish ABA Learning Center, we provide compassionate, individualized ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental needs. Using evidence-based, play-based approaches, we support communication, social skills, independence, and daily living skills while partnering closely with families to help

every child grow and flourish.

Behavioral Assessment & Consultation
  • Comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify the causes of challenging behaviors. 

  • Development of individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results. 

  • Parent and caregiver consultation to ensure consistency across home, school, and community environments.

  • Implementation of evidence-based strategies for reducing maladaptive behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, or tantrums. 

  • Positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desirable behaviors and increase independence.

  • Empowering families through training sessions to effectively implement ABA strategies at home. 

  • Providing tools to manage challenging behaviors, reinforce positive behaviors, and support generalization of skills across settings.

Individualized Therapy Programs
  • One-on-one ABA therapy with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address skill acquisition, communication, socialization, and adaptive functioning. 

  • Focus on areas such as language development, communication skills, social skills, self-care, academic readiness, and executive functioning.

Group Social Skills Training
  • Small group sessions designed to enhance social interactions and communication with peers in a structured environment. 

  • Focus on building social awareness, turn-taking, joint attention, and peer relationships.

Integration Support
  • Collaboration with schools and community organizations to ensure that the ABA program is aligned with the client’s needs across environments. 

  • Providing support to teachers, staff, and caregivers to foster a seamless learning experience.

  • Collaboration with other specialists in the field (e.g. speech language pathologists, feeding specialists, occupational therapists).
